Pre-ordering is currently available but is completely optional. We operate as a traditional bakery, and are open every Wednesday and Friday from 12-6. What is a breadshare?

A breadshare program is an easy way to ensure you have fresh bread in your home, every single week. As a member of our breadshare program, you’ll choose to receive either one, two, or three loaves of artisan bread each week or one loaf every other week. You will have the opportunity to try many different styles of breads, all made with locally-sourced ingredients of the highest quality.  Each week will include 5-6 styles of bread, with new varieties provided regularly.

Why support a breadshare?

Supporting local businesses is something that has always been near and dear to our hearts. We believe that consuming food can be a life altering experience and one of our key goals is to share that experience with as many people as possible. One of the best ways to do that is through a breadshare program. This weekly subscription is an opportunity for any community to support a local baker and share a common experience of consuming fresh artisan bread. If you are a resident of Macon or one of the surrounding communities and love artisan baked goods made with the highest quality ingredients, we would love for you to join our program and delight in the joys of freshly baked breads.

what to expect

• The cost of the breadshare comes out to be $7 per week for one loaf , $12 per week for two, or $18 per week for three. There are a limited number of slots for the program. In order to secure your spot, please click the link below and place your order through our marketplace.

• Pick-up occurs at the bakery which is located at 473 East Palmer Street. You will have the option of choosing between Wednesday and Friday for your pick-up day and pick-up occurs both days between the hours of 12-6.

• Each week will feature an array of different styles of bread to choose from. All breads are made using a slow fermentation, which gives the bread improved digestibility and nutritional content. Loaves will highlight a variety of heritage and ancient grains, each with a unique flavor profile.  


Join A Breadshare 

-The cost of the breadshare comes out to be $7 per week for one loaf, $12 per week for two, or $18 per week for three.  There are a limited

number of slots for the program. In order to secure your spot, please click the link below and place your order through our marketplace.

-Pick up for the breadshare occurs each week on Friday between the hours of 10am and 7pm. The Franklin pick up location is at 35 East Main Street at Outdoor 76. The Clayton pick up location is at 104 N Main Street, also at the Outdoor 76 storefront.

-Each week will feature an array of different styles of bread to choose from. All breads are made using a slow fermentation, which gives the bread improved digestibility and nutritional content. Loaves will highlight a variety of heritage and ancient grains, each with a unique flavor profile. Examples of loaves include ciabatta rolls or loaves, foccacia, baguettes, English muffins, one of our varieties of sourdough or specialty seasonal offerings.

Hi! I’m Bethany, and the kitchen is my happy place. Most days you can find me in my kitchen covered in flour working on my latest creation with my three-year-old as my side kick. I have a true passion for creating food that is memorable and brings joy to people’s lives. When I’m not in the kitchen I enjoy good music, being outdoors, and getting to know the stories of those in our community.
