Our Breads

Baked GOods + Other offerings

a traditional sourdough, simple yet exceptional

filled with bits of  caramel, dried apple + cinnamon, this cookie is what fall dreams are made of

a gluten-free version of the holiday classic, a sugar cookie rolled in cinnamon + sugar and baked soft and chewy

made with oats, dates, maple syrup, chocolate chips, peanut butter, coconut, flaxseed and quinoa

a savory and satisfying take on our classic scone

we added a hint of crystalized ginger to an extra thick graham cracker crust before topping it with a seasonal twist on the classic pie filling

a classic with a crispy + crunchy crust

light, fluffy and a bit decadent, this bread will satisfy any sweet tooth

slivered almonds + dark chocolate chips are folded into a moist and fluffy scone with a crisp + craggy exterior

figs are simmered in honey, cardamom, cinnamon + nutmeg, and then coupled together with chopped hazelnuts to make a winter sourdough that's out of this world

hand crafted with care, these are the  perfect companion for breakfast or a late afternoon snack

rosemary has been dubbed the 'winter herb,' so we placed it atop our fluffy focaccia sprinkled it with a little extra sea salt and olive oil to create the perfect companion for your favorite pot of winter soup

a box of 4 individually wrapped sourdough pizza dough balls. Each ball of dough makes a 12-13" pizza, dinner made easy

fluffy, buttery and filled with garlic, rosemary and thyme...need we say more?

(GF) Gluten-free
please note that our gluten-free items are produced in a kitchen and on equipment where gluten-full products are made. Those with celiac disease or those who cannot risk cross-contamination would be best off not eating these baked goods.

(V) Vegan

moist and hearty, this bread is made by lightly toasting oats in avocado butter, adding a bit of oatmilk folding it all together and turning it into bread magic

a traditional chocolate chip cookie topped with sea salt

fresh apples, applesauce, and apple cider all play a roll in this muffins makeup, and while we can't guarantee eating one a day will keep the doctor away, it will keep your tastebuds satisfied

subtly spiced, moist, and not overly sweet - a satisfying breakfast treat or afternoon snack

* all of our breads + baked goods are made with locally milled, organic non-gmo flour from Lindley Mills right here in NC!

What is a breadshare?

A breadshare program is an easy way to ensure you have fresh bread in your home, every single week. As a member of our breadshare program, you’ll choose to receive either one, two, or three loaves of artisan bread each week or one loaf every other week. You will have the opportunity to try many different styles of breads, all made with locally-sourced ingredients of the highest quality.  Each week will include 5-6 styles of bread, with new varieties provided regularly.

why support a breadshare?

Supporting local businesses is something that has always been near and dear to our hearts. We believe that consuming food can be a life altering experience and one of our key goals is to share that experience with as many people as possible. One of the best ways to do that is through a breadshare program. This weekly subscription is an opportunity for any community to support a local baker and share a common experience of consuming fresh artisan bread. If you are a resident of Macon or one of the surrounding communities and love artisan baked goods made with the highest quality ingredients, we would love for you to join our program and delight in the joys of freshly baked breads.

what to expect

• The cost of the breadshare comes out to be $7 per week for one loaf , $12 per week for two, or $18 per week for three. There are a limited number of slots for the program. In order to secure your spot, please click the link below and place your order through our marketplace.

• Pick-up occurs at the bakery which is located at 473 East Palmer Street. You will have the option of choosing between Wednesday and Friday for your pick-up day and pick-up occurs both days between the hours of 12-6.

a bit about me

Hi! I’m Bethany, and the kitchen is my happy place. Most days you can find me in my kitchen covered in flour working on my latest creation with my four-year-old as my side kick. I have a true passion for creating food that is memorable and brings joy to people’s lives. When I’m not in the kitchen I enjoy good music, being outdoors, and getting to know the stories of those in our community.
